Accounts
Certain areas of the Site require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Subscriptions, Billing, and Auto-Renewal
Some offerings include subscriptions, for example, The Father’s Fellowship. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout and renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.
Cancelation and Access
Members manage and cancel subscriptions through their account dashboard.
If you cancel, your access continues through the end of your current paid billing period, monthly or annual.
No prorated refunds are provided for partial months or partial years.
Renewal Notices
Where required by applicable law, we will send renewal reminders within the required notice window and include a clear method to cancel.
Material Changes
If we make a material change to renewal terms that requires notice under applicable law, we will provide notice and information on how to cancel.
Trial Offers
If we offer a free trial or trial pricing in the future, we will provide any required trial ending notices and obtain any required consent before charging.
Purchases, Digital Products, and Household License
Digital resources, including books, guides, downloads, dashboards, worksheets, training materials, and member content, are licensed for use by one household unless otherwise stated.
This means you may use the materials within your household. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, post, or resell them. You may not share logins or provide members-only materials to non-members. Each household needs its own purchase or subscription to access and use these materials.
All digital purchases and membership access are final once delivered or access is granted, except when a technical issue prevents access and we are unable to resolve it.
Included Resources and Changes Over Time
Your membership may include access to resources, coaching, community, dashboards, and tools. We may update, improve, remove, replace, or add content and features over time as the library grows and evolves.
Community Platform
Community access may be hosted on Circle.so, a third-party platform. Your use of the community is subject to these Terms and may also be subject to Circle’s terms, privacy policy, and data processing terms.
Community Standards
If you participate in community spaces connected to The Visionary Father, you agree to engage respectfully and avoid harassment, hate speech, spam, illegal content, and disruptive behavior.
We reserve the right to remove content, restrict access, or remove members from community spaces for violations. Removal for violations does not create a right to a refund.
User Conduct
You agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes, attempt to disrupt functionality, access restricted areas without authorization, or misuse content in a way that misrepresents the mission or message of The Visionary Father.
Intellectual Property
All content, including text, graphics, logos, downloads, videos, and resources, is the property of The Visionary Father unless otherwise stated. No rights are granted except the limited license described above.
User Submissions and Testimonials
If you submit a testimonial, comment, review, or other content to us, including through the community, you grant us permission to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and promotional purposes. If you want a testimonial removed, contact us through the Site’s contact page and we will make reasonable efforts to honor the request.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Chargebacks and Billing Disputes
If you have a billing issue, contact us through the Site’s contact page so we can help resolve it. If a chargeback is initiated, access may be restricted while the dispute is being resolved.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Site, membership areas, or community spaces if these Terms are violated, content is misused, or account access is shared.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.
